- Airport staff and cabin crew wear mandatory face masks during operating hours. Onboard the flight, cabin crew also wear gloves while serving meals and beverages.
- Self check-in machines, counters, and frequently touched surfaces within the cabin such as areas around the seats and lavatory doorknobs are regularly disinfected.
- Aircrafts are equipped with HEPA filters which are 99.97% effective at removing virus and bacteria. Fresh air is ventilated through the engines and circulated into the cabin every two to three minutes. We will continue to undertake new measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, in order to provide all our guests with a safe and secure travel experience.
